This small village, lost in a rural area, houses a series of temples with explicit sex scenes, also known as the “Kamasutra Temples.” They are a UNESCO World Heritage Site. 22 temples remained hidden in the jungle for centuries and were only rediscovered by the British in the 19th century. Built around the year 1000, they impress with their multitude of sculptures, statues, and friezes. A must-see if you visit India.
